1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for most unused and unwashed pillows within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- The product must be in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
- The product must be free of stains, odors, or any signs of use.
- Proof of purchase (such as your order number or confirmation email) must be provided.
Please note that customized or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To begin the return or exchange process:
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
- We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return shipping address.
- You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the original has been received and inspected.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the issue in your email to [email protected], and we will work quickly to resolve the matter—either by issuing a refund or sending a replacement at no extra cost to you.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or washed pillows
- Items returned without original packaging
- Customized or monogrammed pillows
- Clearance or “Final Sale” items
6. International Returns
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
