When you place an order on enidleigh.com, it constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to stock availability, payment issues, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
Once your order is received and processed, you will receive a confirmation email. This email does not signify our acceptance of your order, but rather confirmation that we have received it. A contract of sale is formed once your order is shipped.

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly, usually within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs clearance.
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you once the product is delivered to the shipping carrier.
5. Returns and Cancellations
